Le P’tit Fausset has a 4 ha organic orchard populated with a thousand apple trees. Besides the apple harvest , the trimming of the branches allows us to get after crushing a fully ecological heating fuel. Our wood boiler feeds the apple juice pasteurizer, heating our premises and meet the needs of our production in hot water . This facility is consistent with our beliefs and reinforces our commitment to sustainable development .
Today, with apples we produce cider and electricty !
